A Bridgeport, Conn., man who worked for United Parcel Service has been charged with one count of fraudulent receipt of benefits in connection with allegations he failed to report income he received while working for painting contractors.The Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice said Gerardo Rojas, 41, collected more than $32,123 in disability benefits for a work-related injury he reported in November 2011.He was arrested by inspectors from the Workers' Compensation Fraud Control Bureau and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Sept. 27.The news release is here.Source: D...
