WCC Commissioner Marshall Reappointed for Third Term

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that Wesley G. Marshall was reappointed to a third term. Marshall represented plaintiffs in workers’ compensation, employment and other civil cases as an attorney in private practice for 25 years before joining the WCC in 2012. He serves on boards of directors for the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions, the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary and Kids Chance of Virginia.
