The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed penalties totaling $59,500 for a Champaign, Illinois-based construction firm after citing the company for four safety violations.OSHA noted that Duce Construction Co. committed three serious violations and one willful violation of safety standards during a February inspection.
