Injured workers in Oklahoma who fail to report a material change in their condition while receiving temporary total disability benefits would be charged with a felony, under a bill the state House of Representatives recently passed.
The House on Tuesday voted 68-26 to pass HB 2236, by Rep. Stan May, R-Broken Arrow.
