The Minnesota Department of Labor has announced what officials are calling "cost-neutral" changes to workers' compensation vocational rehabilitation fees.
The department also plans to adopt the fees and other rules without a public hearing, unless one is requested by at least 25 people, in keeping with state law, officials said. Comments can be made until May 31.
