Amendment Expands E-Signature Bill

Electronic signatures would be allowed for all California workers’ compensation documents, under a recently amended bill. Assemblymember Diane Dixon, R-Newport Beach, last week amended AB 2337 to strike a provision that would have authorized electronic signatures in proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
