Facts: Bobby Rose worked for Huntington Alloys Corp. as an axillary setter. He suffered multiple injuries in May 2018 when he was struck on the shoulder by a bar of metal and knocked to the ground.
Rose filed a workers’ compensation claim and received benefits. He then underwent four independent medical evaluations to assess his permanent impairment.
