Agency Proposes to Add Judicial Guidelines to Permanent Rules

The Division of Administrative Hearings will hold a rule development workshop at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 to discuss its notice of intent to add the Guidelines of the Statewide Nominating Commission to the Rules of Procedures for Workers’ Compensation Adjudication. The new rule would be 60Q-6.129 and would incorporate the guidelines, which deal with judges of compensation claims.
