Arthur J. Gallagher Acquires Hogan Insurance Services

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Hogan Insurance Services Inc., a retail broker specializing in workers’ compensation insurance for the transportation, automotive, manufacturing and trucking industries.   Terms of the deal, announced on Monday, were not disclosed. Hogan Insurance Services provides property/casualty, employee benefits, risk management and specialty wholesale insurance services for commercial clients throughout Southern California.
