Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear appointed four administrative law judges and three to the Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee.
The governor appointed the following administrative law judges in the Department of Workers’ Claims, with terms set to expire July 14, 2024:
Thomas Polites, an attorney at Wilson & McQueen, will replace Jefferson Layson, whose term has expired.
