TXANS Plans Dallas Program on Medicare Set-Asides

The Texas Association of Responsible Nonsubscribers (TXANS) has scheduled a program in Dallas Sept. 17 on nonsubscriber obligations under Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act, which deals with "set-aside" situations involving injured workers for whom Medicare may not have primary payment responsibility.The program is set for 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. at the Bent Tree Country Club, 5201 Westgrove Drive.  Registration and breakfast will be available from 8 to 8:30 a.m.TXANS reports that a Sept. 30 registration deadline will affect nonsubscribers and others under Section 11...
