WCC Updates Forms

The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission on Friday announced updates to forms that must be used starting Nov. 1. The commission said updates to Forms 21, 50 and 52 include a new section for parties to identify requested amendments to pleadings. Additionally, the commission removed certificate of service sections from the bottom of Forms 21, 30, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 58. Starting Nov. 1, parties will be required to submit separate certificates of service when filing the forms.
