Personal Injury Attorney Charged With Defrauding Clients of Insurance Settlements

Federal prosecutors have charged McCracken County plaintiff’s attorney James Grant King, 43, of defrauding numerous clients of insurance settlements, totaling $550,000. King is charged with committing aggravated identity theft and wire fraud between March of 2007 and May 2017, U.S. Attorney John E. Kuhn Jr. said in a press release.
