American International Group Inc. has formed a new executive leadership team, assigning some executives to new roles while announcing the departure of others.
Peter Hancock, AIG’s president and CEO, announced the move last week. The new structure will help AIG become a less complex and more efficient organization that can respond more quickly to clients’ needs, Hancock said in a news release.
