Advent International to Acquire Majority Stake in ATI Physical Therapy

Advent International, a global private equity investor, has agreed to acquire a majority ownership interest in ATI Physical Therapy from KRG Capital Partners. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed in the second quarter. Financial terms were not disclosed.
