DWC Wants Ideas for Medical Quality Audit on Rotator Cuff Repair, RTW

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is seeking input on the best approach to a medical quality audit plan on rotator cuff repairs and on what may be preventing some claimants from returning to work. The annual medical quality review is required by law and the audit plan helps the DWC's medical director set priorities and methodology for annual audits, the agency said in a memo.
