Governor Signs PTSD, SIF Surcharge Bill

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson on Thursday appeared at a Springfield fire station for a ceremonial signing of a multifaceted bill that includes provisions defining post-traumatic stress disorder as an occupational disease for first responders and reducing the surcharge for the state’s Second Injury Fund.
