The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is delaying enforcement of anti-retaliation measures contained in a new injury-reporting rule, following the filing of a lawsuit last week challenging the new provisions.
Enforcement of the new provisions is now scheduled to begin Nov. 1 rather than Aug. 10 as previously scheduled, OSHA announced on Wednesday.
