Prosecutor Says Public Awareness Campaign Slashed Fraud Prosecutions

SAN DIEGO — More arrests are coming in a fraud sweep that has already netted 55 arrests and 32 convictions, the chief of San Diego County’s insurance fraud prosecution unit told a business group on Friday.
