DWC Asks for Comments on Form Interrogatories, Records Request Info

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is accepting comments on proposed changes to two sets of rules, one covering form interrogatories and one on requests for records on claims. The DWC held an informal, online meeting about the form that carriers send to claimants and the form that claimants send to carriers requesting information for a contested case hearing.
