Gryphon Investors has acquired Cora Health Services Inc., an operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics offering workers’ compensation rehab and other services.
Cora’s management team will remain in place and retain a minority stake in the company, Gryphon said in announcing the deal on Tuesday. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
