The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding a hearing in June to gather testimony on proposed changes to the mandatory notice poster that employers are required to display.
Current law requires employers to post a notice identifying the name of the workers’ compensation carrier or declaring the business is self-insured.
The proposed rules would require carriers to provide the required notice for covered employers. Notification that a business is self-insured would have to be provided on division form WC 50.
