Workers' Comp Industry Must Do More to Attract Young Talent: IAIABC Director

The workers’ compensation industry could be facing a serious personnel shortage if it does not start figuring out how to appeal to the millennials, according to a recent podcast by Jennifer Wolf Horejsh, executive director of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions. A 2014 survey of the IAIABC membership found that 64% of respondents were older than 50, and 61% had been in the industry for more than 15 years, she says.
