Ken Harrington Appointed WCAB Administrator

Governor Gray Davis yesterday announced the appointment of Kenneth J. Harrington as the Court Administrator for the Division of Workers' Compensation in the Department of Industrial Relations. Mr. Harrington, 60, of San Rafael, has over three decades of experience in the legal field. He has served as a special assistant to the Mayor of San Francisco since 2000. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Harrington was a partner in the law firm of O'Brien & Harrington.
