The Altman & Lunche law firm in Encino, Calif., announced on Tuesday that former workers' compensation judge Lee A. Blitstein has been made a partner in the firm, which will now be known as Altman, Lunche & Blitstein. Blitstein received his bachelor's degree in radio-television broadcasting in 1984 from California State University Northridge, the defense firm said in a press release.
