Bill Would Mean Medical Records Could Be Sent Electronically

Workers' compensation bills aren't getting much attention in the Florida Legislature this year, but one measure that doesn't mention comp at all could save money for injured workers. House Bill 1147 would, for the first time, allow patients and their lawyers to request medical records in electronic form.
