DWC Sets Hearing on EDI Vendor Approval Rules

The Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims is holding a public hearing on July 29 to receive comments on proposed regulations that would establish a process for approval of electronic data interchange vendors. The rules would establish requirements for prospective EDI vendors, such as maintaining membership in the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions.
