Employment Law Center Hosting Conference on National Comp Commission Report

The Wefel Center for Employment Law at St. Louis University is hosting a conference Tuesday that will reflect on the National Commission on State Workers’ Compensation Laws. The report published 50 years ago characterized state comp systems as being “neither adequate nor equitable” and outlined a list of recommendations to better take care of people injured at work.
