The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation announced changes to some hearing notices that will take effect June 1.
The division said it updated five hearing notices in December for plain language and is making additional changes to improve automated processing, including:
DR01, “Benefit Review Conference (BRC) Set Notice.”
DR02, “Contested Case Hearing (CCH) Set Notice.”
DR03, “CCH Decision and Order Cover Letter.”
DR04, “BRC or CCH Cancellation Notice.”
