U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NasdaqNM:USPH), a national operator of physical and occupational therapy outpatient clinics, Thursday reported results for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2003. On January 20 the Company announced that, based on preliminary internal unaudited financial information, it expected to report $0.10 to $0.12 diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter and $0.59 to $0.61 diluted earnings per share for the year 2003.
