Panel to discuss how to lead in a time of uncertainty and rapid change

October 13, 2021 - Chicago, IL - Rising Medical Solutions (Rising) today announced that experts from its Workers' Compensation Benchmarking Study will be featured in a panel discussion at the National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference in Las Vegas on October 20, 2021. The session will examine eight years of study results from more than 3,000 claims leaders and frontline claims personnel to understand what data trends are telling us about claims organization resiliency in the workers' compensation industry.

"Organizational resiliency has never been a more important topic of discussion than it is right now," says Rachel Fikes, Rising's Chief Experience Officer and Director, Workers' Compensation Benchmarking Study. "If there's one certainty right now, it's that uncertainty and disruption are expected with more frequency in the future, and it's the highly resilient organizations who will come out ahead."

The conference session, titled "Leading a Resilient Claims Organization in a Time of Uncertainty and Rapid Change," will include an esteemed panel of industry leaders who will discuss how current challenges such as the health pandemic and the industry's generational shift can be used to accelerate systemic resiliency and change. They will also discuss the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of a resiliency strategy, and examine how other leadership skills, claims models, and cultural practices are needed in this new paradigm.
