OSHA: Roofer Had Fall Protection Equipment on Hand but Failed to Use it

A Lake County, Illinois, contractor is facing $73,290 in fines after a U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspector allegedly witnessed workers on a roof not using fall protection despite having the equipment on hand.
