Term:	Bifurcate (bifurcation)
Definition:	A trial of issues seperately. On occasion, where expediency is paramount and the resolution of an issue may be determinative of other issues, the trial judge may order bifurcation.


Term:	Binding Arbitration
Definition:	An informal dispute resolution method where the issues are decided by a person or panel of persons selected by the parties to resolve a dispute and where the decision is binding on the parties and there is no right of appeal except in very limited circumstances. An alternative to Trial.
